No, we do not charge for our services however some of our programs have income requirements that must be met to in order for you to qualify for our services.

While we are looking to expand, we currently only serve St. Joseph County and Elkhart County in Indiana.

We help anyone who has a disability that would require modifications to a home and who earns 200% or less of the federal poverty guidelines.

We thrive on donations and without your donations we could not continue to help people. We recognize that donations come in many forms such as volunteers at fundraisers, internships through schools, and monetary donations through our PayPal account by clicking the Donate Today button. We do not currently have an office setup so if you wish to donate by check please email us directly at info@specialtyhomes.org for more information. You can also support us while you shop on Amazon simply by using smile.amazon.com and selecting us as your charity of choice.

Yes, we are a certified 501(c)(3) certified nonprofit organization which makes 100% of your donations to Specialty Homes tax deductible.
